Chelsea Foussard is a Gene Juarez Academy graduate and licensed cosmetologist since 2007. Her talents guarantee a unique and flattering look for every client. Chelsea makes it a point to stay current with every season’s trends and styles. Her passion comes from helping others look their best and she enjoys working with clients to help bring out their personality and style. Chelsea goes beyond every clients expectations with her pampering scalp treatment, top-of-the-line customer service and individual attention which includes educating clients on the products she utilizes. In addition to styling and coloring hair, she specializes in bridal hair, manicures, pedicures and waxing. She has enjoyed bringing her talents back home where she grew up.
