Chelsea Foussard

After graduating from Friday Harbor High School, 2006, she moved to Seattle to attend the Gene Juarez Academy. During her school career she learned of her passion for cutting and coloring. Chelsea brings a young, fresh smile to her work, specializing in the latest trends of hair design and color. She has enjoyed bringing her talents back home where she grew up.
