Adam Parrott, Massage Therapist

Adam has been practicing massage since 2006 after graduating from Ashmead College of Massage. He moved to the islands in 2016 from Portland to follow his dream of living aboard a sailboat and exploring this beautiful planet. When Adam isn’t practicing massage, you can normally find him on his sailboat somewhere around the islands. He also enjoys hiking, kayaking, archery, and warm summer days at anchor.

Adam began his massage career working with oncology patients at Northwest Cancer Clinic in Portland. Combined with his background in psychology, Adam has developed a unique approach to massage that uses the power of human touch and how it relates to our subconscious. His signature hot stone structural integration technique aims to affect the deeper tissues of muscles while still affording a relaxing experience that triggers and trains the natural renewal systems of the body. He has a love for teaching and has been an assistant instructor at the University of Western States as well as co-author and presenter at national seminars and podcasts.
